When will I hear back from customer service?

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 


Can I return or exchange a product?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.


What if my product is damaged?

We carefully take the time to properly package your items for transit, but unfortunately it is out of our control how shipping carriers handle fragile packages.


Please contact customerservice@evolurebeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.


Please include images and the order number in the email.

We will gladly send you a new product. Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed. Business days are Mondays-Fridays excluding holidays.


We will not offer replacements for orders or items that are damaged that  we reasonably believe have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.


When will I receive my order?

Please allow to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. After your order is processed, it will be shipped through USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding holiday. Shipping is not included in processing time. 


How long does shipping take?

USPS First Class: 3-5 business days 

USPS Express: 2-3 business days 

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days 


How do I track my order?

You can track your order in your confirmation email by clicking View Your Order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track your order.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. 


How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders $75 and over (excluding tax) qualify for free shipping.
